Accountant

Job Title: Accountant Executive

Location: Pitampura, Delhi

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry in accounting software.
• Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records and files.
• Support the management team with accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Preferred Skills:Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience in inventory or trading company accounts will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
