Job Description
- Handling day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP
- Preparation of purchase, sales, journal, and bank entries
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- GST working, reconciliation, and return preparation
- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
- Inventory and stock accounting coordination
- Preparation of MIS reports and management reports
- Monitoring receivables and payables
- Assisting in TDS compliance and statutory payments
- Coordination with auditors, consultants, and banks
- Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP software
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting compliances
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reports
- Experience in manufacturing accounting preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting operations
