Accountant

Daily Sales & Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash drops, credit card settlements, and third-party delivery app payouts (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, UberEats) with POS reports.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and handle billing inquiries. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Inventory & Cost Control: Work with the back-of-house team to track inventory. Calculate and report on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), food waste, and prime costs.

Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for salaried and hourly staff, properly accounting for tips, overtime, and statutory deductions.

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.

Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and timely filing of local, state, and federal taxes (including GST/VAT, sales tax, and payroll taxes).

Budgeting: Assist management in creating annual budgets and identifying areas for cost reduction to improve profitability.
