Accountant

Position: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare GST-compliant tax invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.

Maintain sales, purchase, and accounting records accurately.

Handle GST-related work, including return preparation and coordination with the Chartered Accountant.

Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers regularly.

Resolve ledger, payment, and invoice-related queries raised by customers and the back office team.

Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for billing and documentation.

Maintain records of receivables, payables, and outstanding balances.

Generate MIS reports and support management with financial data as required.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.

Experience of 5 years in accounting.

Working knowledge of Tally/Busy or similar accounting software.

Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation.

Proficient in MS Excel and accounting documentation.

Good communication and coordination skill
