Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Assist with external audits and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor and report on budgetary performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of one years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role. Experience with Tally is a plus.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
