Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Billing & Accountant to manage billing operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely invoicing and collections. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience with billing systems
Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Process payments, receipts, and expense reports
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare financial reports and statements
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding billing issues
Support audits by providing required documentation
