Job Title: Accountant (Busy Software)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software and Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting entries, GST compliance, invoicing, and financial records while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Busy Accounting Software

Create and manage Sales Invoices, Purchase Entries, and Journal Vouchers

Handle GST related work including GST invoices, GST reports, and reconciliation

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Maintain Bank entries and Bank Reconciliation (BRS)

Record expense entries and vendor payments

Prepare financial reports and ledger reports from Busy software

Maintain stock entries and inventory records in Busy

Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment updates

Ensure proper documentation of invoices, bills, and accounting records

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Busy Accounting Software

Basic understanding of GST and taxation

Knowledge of Excel will be Mandatory

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Note: The candidate may also be required to travel to the Faridabad office 1–2 times a week. The company will cover the conveyance charges for this travel.
