Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and payroll.

• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.

• Monitor accounts receivable & payable and follow up for timely collections/payments.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks as needed.

• Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.

• Analyze costs and margins in textile operations (fabric, dyeing, stitching, logistics, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance .

• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience (experience in textile/garment industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally PRIME)

• Good MS Excel and analytical skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
