Job Description
Handling Day-to-Day Accounting (In a Freight forwarding company experience will be an advantage). Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments. Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book, and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms. Preparing creditors/ debtors reconciliation statements. Preparation &Filling of GST Returns Preparation &Filling of TDS Returns Reconciliation of ledger (approx 1000 transactions ) Branch transactions management End-to-end Expense and Cash Management. Banking: Bank Transaction reconciliation; FEX Management. Banking Transactions: Import/Export Payments of Services; Documentation (Form CA filing). Generating the necessary MIS reports on excel. Co-ordination with bank authorities for day-to-day queries Professional Knowledge in Excel & Tally is a must.
