Job Title: Sales & Operations Executive (Pumps, Motors & Power Tools)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer sales, invoicing, stock management, and technical product discussions related to water pumps, electric motors, and power tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily invoicing and billing using Busy Accounting Software.

* Manage inventory, stock entries, inward/outward movement, and physical stock verification.

* Attend walk-in customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Explain product features, applications, and technical specifications of pumps, motors, and power tools.

* Guide customers in selecting the right product for their requirements.

* Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain proper records.

* Coordinate with the warehouse for timely order processing and dispatch.

* Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

* Prepare daily sales and stock reports using Microsoft Excel.

* Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity, documentation, quotations, and customer communication.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Busy Accounting Software.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Hinglish).

* Good personality with a professional appearance.

* Strong sales and customer handling skills.

* Persuasive and confident communicator.

* Basic understanding of AI tools and willingness to learn new technology.

* Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

* Graduate or Diploma holder (Commerce, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).

* 2–5 years of experience in retail or wholesale sales.

* Experience in pumps, motors, electrical products, hardware, or power tools will be a strong advantage.
