Job Description
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Support audits by providing required documentation and information
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors on financial matters
