The Sales Director is responsible for developing and maintaining a trustful long-term relationship with ACJ customers and leads to reach the sales target set by the Ho ACJ for the year while ensuring a strong focus on prospection and new leads identification. 

Main Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales funnel by continuously identifying and qualifying leads

  • The Sales Director is responsible for developing and maintaining a trustful long-term relationship with his/her assigned customers and leads.

  • Within‌ ‌the‌ ‌framework‌ ‌of‌ ‌the‌ ‌sales‌ objectives / priorities‌ ‌set‌ ‌by‌ ‌the‌ Ho ACJ,‌ ‌the‌ ‌Sales Director ‌will‌ ‌lead,‌ ‌organize‌ ‌and‌ ‌coordinate‌ ‌‌the‌ ‌sales‌ ‌of‌ ‌aircraft‌ ‌and‌ ‌services‌ ‌portfolio‌ to the assigned customers. 

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers 

  • Be the main focal point for all customer commercial activities, facilitate and ensure cooperation between all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Establish an open dialogue with the customers, to anticipate business constraints, goals and plans. Deliver solutions that generate value to both parties. 

  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes

  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.

  • Designing creative deal structures to align delivery slots, pricing and financing strategies with customer needs and enhance ACJ competitive position

  • Anticipate‌ ‌risks‌ ‌and‌ ‌opportunities‌ ‌that‌ ‌may‌ ‌affect‌ ‌the‌ ‌sales‌ ‌opportunities‌ or customer relationship and‌ ‌ensure‌ ‌proper‌ ‌and‌ ‌efficient‌ ‌involvement‌ ‌of‌ ‌ACJ ‌management‌ ‌if‌ ‌and‌ ‌when‌ ‌necessary

  • Ensure market information is properly shared and communicate with the rest of the ACJ team

  • Analyze ‌prompted‌ ‌and‌ ‌unprompted‌ ‌customer‌ ‌feedback‌, incorporating‌ ‌inputs‌ ‌into‌ ‌action‌ ‌plans.‌ ‌Maintain‌ ‌the‌ ‌feedback‌ ‌loop‌ ‌both‌ ‌internally‌ ‌and‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌customer

  • Participate‌ ‌and‌ ‌assist‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ organization ‌and‌ ‌coordination‌ ‌of‌ ‌industry‌ ‌events‌ ‌such‌ ‌as‌ ‌demonstration‌ ‌tours‌ ‌/‌ ‌airshows,‌ ‌as‌ ‌well‌ ‌as‌ ‌specific‌ ‌customer‌ ‌conferences‌ ‌and‌ ‌gatherings. 

  • Establish a comprehensive understanding of the financial performance and key economic drivers his/her region

 

Outputs‌ :

  • Achieved OP objectives (quantitatives and qualitative) for aircraft sales and deliveries 

  • Continuous healthy sales funnel 

  • A global account brief

  • Up to date and accurate: generic information, operational information, visit planning and reporting, continuous executive briefing and global account strategy in Salesforce.

  • Implementation of Customer feedback action plan and maintenance of a feedback loop internally and with the Customer 

Your Boarding Pass: 

  • Understanding business aviation's competitive dynamics, ACJ’s market positioning, competitive environment, differentiation strategies

  • Understanding of political and economic contexts

  • Customer mindset 

  • Very strict adherence to Ethics & Compliance rules and processes in this specific risky environment 

  • 10 to 15 years in the industry or similar
