Admission Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Academic Counsellor to drive student enrolments for our online learning programs. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students and parents — guiding them through course offerings, addressing objections, and converting leads into paid enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats with prospective students and parents
• Understand student needs and recommend the right course or program
• Follow up on leads systematically via CRM to ensure no lead goes cold
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets
• Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality feedback
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, counselling, or tele-sales (EdTech preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, or similar)
• Graduate in any discipline; education or counselling background is a plus
