Admission Counsellor

The Astrology Academy of India is a leading institute dedicated to providing professional education in Vedic Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, Vastu Shastra, Palmistry, and other occult sciences. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals to join our Admissions & Sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective students who have shown interest in our courses.
• Understand students' learning goals and recommend the most suitable course.
• Explain the course curriculum, fees, certifications, class schedules, and career opportunities.
• Counsel students professionally and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until admission is completed.
• Update lead details and follow-up status in the CRM/Excel sheet.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Build a positive relationship with students and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Strong, convincing negotiation and counseling skills.
• Confident in handling telephonic conversations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
• Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, Education Counseling, or Admissions is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
