Job Description

Job Title: Admission Counsellor



Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with prospective students using available student data and references.
  • Engage with potential learners through telephonic communication and provide detailed information about programs and offerings.
  • Conduct counselling sessions to understand student requirements and guide them accordingly.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure effective conversion and relationship building.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6–12 months of experience in telephonic counselling or telesales.
  • Prior experience in a BPO/Call center or sales environment will be preferred.

Job Details:

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
  • Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
