Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client management: onboarding, strategy, execution & reporting
- Lead digital performance marketing (Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO, CRM)
- Translate client goals into growth strategies & media plans
- Manage internal teams: performance, content, design, social & tech
- Drive lead generation, conversion, and sales funnels
- Present monthly reports, ROI insights & optimization plans to clients
- Ensure timely delivery, quality control & SLA adherence
- Upsell / cross-sell services to grow account revenue
- Track budgets, CAC, ROAS & profitability per client
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing or digital agency
- Strong understanding of performance marketing & analytics
- Excellent client communication & presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients & teams simultaneously
- Hands-on with CRM tools, dashboards & reporting
- Leadership mindset with execution discipline
Preferred Industry Exposure
- Real Estate / Hospitality / Healthcare / Education
- Lead-driven, sales-oriented marketing environments
