Job Description
Role Purpose
To drive life insurance business through agency channel activation, advisor recruitment, and sales productivity while meeting assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and activate life insurance advisors / agents
- Drive business through advisor‑led policy sourcing
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and joint field calls
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Ensure quality business, persistency, and compliance
- Build strong advisor and local market relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Life Insurance Agency / Bancassurance / Field Sales
- Strong local market understanding and agent network preferred
- Good communication and relationship‑management skills
- Willingness for field‑based sales
- Graduate preferred
