Responsblities

  • Recruit and develop a team of Insurance Advisors.
  • Drive sales through the Agency Channel and achieve business targets.
  • Coach, motivate, and support advisors to maximize productivity.
  • Generate new business through customer and advisor referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.
  • Conduct training sessions and field activities with advisors.
  • Ensure high-quality sales while following IRDAI and company compliance.
  • Monitor team performance and deliver consistent business growth.
