Role AGM - Circle Performance Management Job Level/ Designation M2 Function / Department Technology/Quality Location Delhi (UPW) Hiring Manager Parichaya Ghosh Job Purpose This role is responsible for Improving the Radio Performance of the circle in all the Radio technologies which are existing in circle and any future technologies. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities 1) Improve Radio Network experiance for 2G, 4G, 5G and future technologies. Improve the Voice and Data performance KPI's of the Circle. Major KPI's which impact Customer complaint like Volte DCR, CQI, Poor Throughput Cells, High PRB Utilization cells to be kept in check. 2)Effective routine use of Geo-location tools in trouble shooting network/customer issues, analysis of 2G/4G network coverage tropology,  in-building coverage, traffic,  handset analytics etc 3) Ensure smooth implementation of New Parameters and features as per the updated software made available from OEM in coordination with Central Quality teams. 4) Coordination with Zonal optimization team in sharing the insight from Central Reports and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/4G/VoLTE) Excellent domain knowledge and on- field optimization experience Hands on experience with tools like NPM, SON, MYCOM KPI's  etc Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints People management capability, very good cross functional co-ordination. Must have technical / professional qualifications B.Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 10-15 years of experience
