About the RoleWe are looking for an exceptionally curious, self-driven AI Innovation Intern who will work directly with the Founder to identify, test, and implement practical AI applications across every aspect of Aluminr.

This is not a conventional internship where you'll simply execute assigned tasks.

Instead, you'll act as an internal AI explorer—constantly experimenting with the latest AI tools, building prototypes, improving workflows, and helping shape how AI becomes embedded into the company's DNA.

What You'll DoYour responsibilities may include:

• AI Research & ExperimentationContinuously discover and evaluate the latest AI tools, models, and platforms.
• Experiment with emerging technologies and determine how they can create value for Aluminr.
• Present weekly findings and recommendations directly to the Founder.

Process AutomationIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive work across:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Customer support
• Design
• Engineering
• Manufacturing
• Procurement

Build proof-of-concepts using AI and no-code automation tools wherever possible.

AI Workflow DevelopmentCreate intelligent workflows using platforms such as:

• Make.com
• n8n
• Cursor
• Windsurf
• Other emerging AI platforms

Internal AI SystemsHelp build internal AI systems such as:

• AI-powered knowledge base

• AI quotation assistant
• AI engineering assistant
• AI documentation assistant
• AI meeting summarizer
• AI SOP generator
• AI project management assistant
• AI design assistant

Prompt EngineeringDevelop high-quality prompts for different departments.

Create prompt libraries for:

• Sales
• Marketing
• Design
• Engineering
• Operations
• HR
• Management

Knowledge ManagementOrganize company information into structured formats that AI systems can effectively use.

Create internal documentation that enables AI assistants to generate better outputs.

Data & InsightsAnalyse business data using AI tools to uncover:

• Operational inefficiencies
• Productivity improvements
• Cost-saving opportunities
• Customer behaviour insights
• Sales trends

Founder Office ProjectsWork directly with the Founder on strategic AI initiatives including:

• Product innovation
• Business strategy
• AI adoption roadmap
• Market research
• Competitive intelligence
• New business opportunities
