SaT - TCF - Capital and Debt Advisory :

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Proficient in financial analysis and modeling to assess capital structures and debt advisory strategies. Strong understanding of market trends and their impact on capital financing decisions. Experienced in conducting thorough due diligence and valuation assessments for advisory projects. Ability to develop detailed reports and presentations that articulate complex financial concepts clearly. Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements affecting capital and debt markets, ensuring compliance in advisory practices.

• Bachelor of Commerce
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical

Experience

• Business Analysis (1+ years)
• Data Analysis (2+ years)
• Financial Analysis (1+ years)
