We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Demonstrated basic understanding in applying corporate law regulations/Scheme of arrangement and compliance requirements in advisory roles. Basic understanding of merger analysis and implementation to support client execution and decision-making.
