Area Business Manager Value Channel, North - Allen Solly - Delhi | Madura Fashion and Lifestyle | Apparels
Job Purpose
To Handle the value channel of the brand by liquidating the stock as much as possible without affecting profitability across the area and region.
Job Context & Major Challenges
• It is a challenge to profitably liquidate the stock of the brand after the retail and sales of the stock.

| KRA1 | Maximum liquidation of stock | 1. Motivate the store people and Brand factory outlets 2. Ensure the targets are met |
| KRA2 | Identification of new stores | 1. Identify localities with good prospects 2. Make sure there are no retail stores nearby 3. Update the location with RBD |
| KRA3 | Maintaining brand standards | 1. Make sure the new projects/stores are Brand compliant with Standard SOPs |
| KRA4 | Relationship with franchisee store | 1. Make sure the payment sent to franchisees are received on time 2. Negotiate with the franchisees to make sure the stock at the store doesn’t go on hold |
| KRA5 | Conducting training sessions | 1. Ensure achievement of personal goal for all front-line sales employee at Brand Factory Mainly dealing with Product knowledge, customer relationship etc. |
