Area Sales Manager-Loan Against Shares-Regional sales
As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales plans to increase market share and revenue for our Loan Against Shares product. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a smooth sales process. With your expertise, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the Loan Against Shares business in the region.- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing performance feedback and coaching.
- Identify and target potential clients, building a strong network in the regional market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train and educate the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Knowledge of the regional market and its unique dynamics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required for business development.
