Hiring Basic Home Loan
Relationship Manager (RM) Home Loan / LAP
CTC: 4 LPA
Location: Delhi Jhandewalan, Noida, Bangalore, Lucknow,Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurugram,Mumbai.
Experience Required: Only Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) background
Business Requirement: Candidate should currently handle minimum 2 Crore monthly business.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Generate Home Loan and LAP business through open market, connectors, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
· Source new customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
· Achieve monthly business target of 2 Cr.
· Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation.
· Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
· Ensure proper login, sanction, and disbursement of files within TAT.
· Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and financial consultants.
· Cross-sell insurance and other financial products as per company policy.
· Maintain portfolio quality and ensure minimum delinquency.
· Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback for management.

Area Sales Manager (ASM) Home Loan / LAP
CTC: 7 LPA
Experience Required: Only Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) background
Business Requirement: Candidate should currently manage minimum 4 Crore monthly business.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and sales executives.
· Drive Home Loan and LAP business across assigned territory.
· Achieve team business target of 4 Cr monthly.
· Recruit, train, and motivate sales team for productivity improvement.
· Develop business through builders, connectors, DSAs, and direct sourcing channels.
· Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, login-to-disbursement ratio, and conversion.
· Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
· Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster approvals and disbursement.
· Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas.
· Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
· Prepare MIS reports and review team performance regularly.
