Job Description – Assistant Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Location- Rohini Sector 22


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads for residential/commercial real estate projects.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
  • Build strong customer relationships and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support the sales team.
  • Coordinate with CRM and internal teams to ensure smooth sales closures.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-focused approach.
  • Own vehicle is preferred.
