About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team in managing B2B sales and online marketplace operations. The role involves communicating with customers, handling marketplace inquiries, and building long-term relationships with buyers in both domestic and international markets.
This is not a typical calling job with daily call targets. The role requires someone who is smart in understanding customer requirements, pitching products effectively, and maintaining strong professional relationships to grow business.
This role offers strong learning opportunities in international B2B trade, export processes, and online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries and sales through marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, etc.
- Communicate with domestic and international customers through email, phone, and online platforms
- Identify and pitch to potential buyers and convert inquiries into business
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support
- Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch
- Maintain organized records of customer communication and orders
Candidate Requirements
- Knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Alibaba, etc.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and working English
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and email
- Extroverted personality with confidence in interacting with new people
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email communication, online platforms)
