Job Description

Job Opening: Back Office Coordinator


Location: Sector-6, Rohini, New Delhi

Ideal Lingua Translations, a trusted name in certified language translation services, is seeking detail-oriented and dedicated individuals for the role of Back Office Coordinator. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong command of English, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Our office is conveniently located in Sector-6, Rohini, New Delhi (Opposite Mount Abu School, near Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute).


Key Responsibilities

  • Review translated documents for accuracy in grammar, spelling, formatting, and layout.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely receipt and processing of files.
  • Address client queries and clarify any doubts related to document content.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of all assigned tasks.


Requirements

  • RequirementsStrong command of the English language with excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word), including use of headers, footers, footnotes, alignment, and formatting tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.


Additional Details

  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Location: Sector-6, Rohini
