Job Description

Female Office Assistant (Sales & Calling) – Tractor Parts Shop (Delhi)

We are looking for a responsible and active female candidate to handle office and shop-related work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Share product details, prices, and photos
  • Assist in billing and order entry
  • Support walk-in customers at the shop
  • Follow up with customers for orders
  • Coordinate with owner for dispatch and stock

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
  • Good Hindi communication (basic English optional)
  • 6 months to 2 years experience preferred
  • Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn

Additional:

  • Sales mindset (able to suggest extra products)
  • Should be comfortable with shop work and customer interaction

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 + incentives (based on performance)
