Barista

Key Responsibilities

1.      Prepare and serve coffee, tea, shakes, and other beverages as per company standards.

2.      Take customer orders accurately and process payments.

3.      Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and work area.

4.      Ensure proper food and beverage presentation.

5.      Follow recipes and portion control guidelines.

6.      Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

7.      Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

8.      Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.

9.      Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.

10.  Open and close the café/store as per operational requirements.

Requirements

1.      Minimum 12th pass.

2.      Prior experience in a café, coffee shop, QSR, or restaurant is preferred.

3.      Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making.

4.      Good communication and customer service skills.

5.      Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

6.      Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
