Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to manage order processing, billing operations, customer account management, and coordination with distributors and field staff. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with SAP Billing Software and Tally ERP.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & BillingProcess sales orders accurately in SAP Billing Software.
  • Generate invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other billing documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate order execution and dispatch coordination.
  • Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and customer details before billing.
  • Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and dispatch documents.
  • Accounts ManagementManage customer accounts and maintain accurate ledger records.
  • Perform account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Follow up for pending payments and outstanding receivables.
  • Assist in monthly account closing activities.
  • Maintain customer account statements and reports.
  • Distributor & Customer CoordinationCommunicate regularly with distributors regarding orders, payments, dispatch status, and account issues.
  • Handle customer billing queries and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with distributors and business partners.
  • Coordination with Field StaffCoordinate with sales executives and regional managers for order processing and customer account matters.
  • Provide billing and account-related support to field teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication between sales, accounts, and operations departments.
  • Documentation & ReportingMaintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records, and customer correspondence.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required records and documentation.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in billing, accounts, or order management.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Billing Software and Tally ERP.
  • Good understanding of GST, invoicing, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong email drafting and business correspondence abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with distributors, customers, and field staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred Industry ExperienceHealthcare, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Laboratory Products, or FMCG sectors.
