📝 Job Overview:Gulati Paints and Hardware Stores is hiring experienced Billing Executives for handling billing operations, GST invoicing, payment handling, and sales coordination activities. Candidate should have good billing knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism in handling customers and billing operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily billing operations using accounting software (Busy preferred)

• Generate accurate GST invoices and maintain billing records

• Manage cash, UPI, and card transactions efficiently

• Ensure proper entry of sales, receipts, and payments

• Coordinate with sales team for smooth order processing

• Maintain discipline and professionalism at the billing counter

• Cross-check items during billing to avoid errors or discrepancies

• Support basic inventory tracking and reporting

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Both male and female candidates can apply

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Minimum 1 year of billing/cashier experience required

• Basic English communication required
