Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote health insurance plans
- Handle inbound queries regarding policies, coverage, premiums, and claims
- Explain product features, benefits, and terms in a simple and convincing way
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM systems
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional languages are a plus)
- Basic knowledge of health insurance products (training can be provided)
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain patient
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
