Role Overview

 

Rivotta India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for Government & Enterprise Sales. The candidate should possess strong business development, liaisoning, and client-handling skills with the ability to generate business from Government Departments, PSUs, Defence Organizations, Corporate Houses, and Enterprise Clients.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), tendering processes, and should be comfortable travelling across India for business development activities and project coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Government & Enterprise Sales

  • Generate business opportunities from Government Departments, Ministries, PSUs, Defence, Railways, Smart City Projects, Educational Institutions, Corporates, and Enterprise Clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with decision-makers
  • Coordinate with officials and departments for approvals, follow-ups, and project discussions

 

Liaisoning & Business Coordination

  • Handle liaisoning activities with Government Departments and Corporate Clients
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients for order closures and payment coordination
  • Coordinate internally with technical, procurement, and operations teams

 

Tendering & GeM Operations

  • Basic understanding of GeM Portal, eProcurement, and Tender Participation
  • Identify tender opportunities and coordinate documentation for bid submissions
  • Assist in preparing BOQ, compliance documents, and commercial proposals

 

Travel & Client Management

  • Travel across India for meetings, site visits, project discussions, and business development activities
  • Willingness to relocate to other cities as per business requirements
  • Independently manage assigned territories and clients

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Experience: 1–8 Years preferred in Government Sales / Enterprise Sales / Corporate Sales
  • Basic knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and Tendering
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Good liaisoning and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
  • Flexible to relocate as per company requirements
