Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding the company’s footprint in housekeeping, facility management, and allied services. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and long-term relationship management.

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of housekeeping operations, manpower deployment, and cleaning standards.
Ability to understand client needs and offer customized service solutions.
Excellent proposal writing and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in housekeeping, facility management, interior decoration, cleaning services, or manpower services.
Exposure to B2B sales and contract-based service models.
