Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and Patient -centric Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential patients, understanding their healthcare needs, and guiding them through our services, ensuring they are matched with the best hospitals and doctors for their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
● Advising patients: Conduct structured discussions with patients to introduce and advise them on SurgiAssist’s services, helping them understand how we can enhance their healthcare journey.
● Identifying patient needs: Assess patient profiles, their health concerns, and provide tailored recommendations on how our platform can meet their needs and improve their care.
● Guiding patient decisions: Assist patients in selecting the right hospitals, doctors, and medical services, ensuring they have a smooth experience from consultation to discharge.
● Revenue generation: Play a direct role in driving the company’s revenue by facilitating patient journeys and providing value-added services that result in successful conversions.
● Customer support: Provide ongoing support throughout the patient’s journey, ensuring their satisfaction and providing solutions when needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Sales experience: 0.5 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in healthcare or related fields). ● Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
● Independent & team-oriented: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
● Discipline & time management: Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Problem-solving ability: Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and offer effective solutions.
● Educational qualifications: Graduate or above in any field.
