Business Development Executive

Atiti Homestays Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the hospitality, travel, and events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking

✅ Promote Atiti Homestays, Villas, and Event Spaces to potential clients

✅ Build relationships with travel agents, corporates, event planners, and property owners

✅ Conduct meetings, property visits, and sales presentations

✅ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

✅ Develop partnerships and expand market presence

✅ Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns

✅ Maintain client database and sales reports

Requirements:

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Experience in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel, or Events preferred

✔ Ready to travel extensively for business development activities

✔ Own bike is mandatory

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality

✔ Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage
