🔹 Your Role
You’ll help us drive brand expansion by engaging with decision-makers, coordinating site visits, and making deals happen. You’ll work closely with internal teams, landlords, and brands.

🔹 What You’ll Do
Identify F&B/retail brands via research, outreach & platforms
Work on internal leads from GroSpace’s network
Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and internal teams for site visits
Understand brand requirements & share relevant spaces
Track deals, follow-ups, and closures
Research brand trends & retail movements
Managing Franchise and investors

✅ Who You Are
6 months–2 years in BD, sales, leasing, or F&B expansion
Fluent in English & Hindi
Based in Delhi (office is metro-accessible)
Own a laptop and smartphone
Driven, proactive, and sharp with follow-ups
