Job Description
A Sales Executive drives company revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities with new and existing clients. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key skills include communication, negotiation, and resilience.
Core Responsibilities
.Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively finding new business through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
Client Relationship Management: Building trust with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Presentations & Demos: Demonstrating products or services, highlighting benefits tailored to client needs.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure sales and meet revenue targets.
Sales Tracking & Reporting: Using CRM systems to maintain accurate records, update pipelines, and report on activity.
Market Analysis: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
