Job Description
Span Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is a pan-Indian elevator company with a 25-year zero-incident safety record. We are North India's first non-MNC company to have introduced MRL and microprocessor elevator technology, and we offer a complete range of home, passenger, commercial, industrial, and stairlift solutions, including imported systems from Bruno (USA) and Ascendor (Austria). We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market in Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities with builders, architects, contractors, RWAs, and homeowners across Delhi NCR. - Conduct site visits, capture accurate shaft dimensions and project requirements. - Prepare and present quotations; handle technical and commercial queries with clients. - Negotiate within authorised parameters and close confirmed orders with advance payments. - Maintain a daily lead report and CRM pipeline; submit a Daily Lead Report (DLR) to the Reporting Manager. - Coordinate with the installation and service teams for smooth project execution and post-order client satisfaction. - Achieve monthly lead, quotation, and order-closure targets as set by the Company. Mandatory Requirements: - Personal conveyance (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is COMPULSORY for this role. - Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English. - 1–5 years of field sales experience. Prior experience in the elevator industry, building products, real estate, interiors, or modular kitchens is strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp Business. - Comfortable working with monthly performance targets and variable-pay sales environments. - Graduate in any discipline. MBA / PGDM is an advantage but not mandatory. Compensation: - Fixed: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and assessment) - Variable: ₹5,000 per confirmed order - Performance Premium: 10% of the price differential on every order closed above the Company's designated price - Conveyance reimbursement against petrol bills and kilometers travelled
