Business Development Executive (BDE)

About Us: We are building a patient-first heartcare program that provides preventive and rehabilitative, non-invasive treatment to cardiac patients. With over 25 years of experience, SAAOL is an established brand within non-invasive heart treatment, and currently operates 100+ centres across the country. Our treatment portfolio includes FDA approved EECP treatment, lifestyle education, diet consultation, and medical consultation.

This role involves interacting with patients, communicating the vision and mission of the organisation, and explaining how we can help them. You play a role in acquiring and retaining new customers. 

Primary Responsibilities would include - 

• You will be responsible to work with the Inside Sales team to increase conversion rates and support the team in day-to-day activities.
• Directly calling customers/leads to conversion and understanding reasons for not converting.
• Interacting with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform
• Examine sales-related data, propose and implement countermeasures to hit the targets
• Follow up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through websites, chats, emails and social media
• Be responsible for achieving his or her sales targets though direct-to-consumers (D2C) channels.
• Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc

We are looking for someone who has - 

• At least 6 months of prior work experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• High level of empathy
