We work with emerging D2C brands, beauty founders, exporters, and private label businesses across India and international markets. From fragrance development and sampling to packaging and manufacturing, we help brands build products from concept to production.


We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can build relationships, manage opportunities seriously, and help convert conversations into long-term OEM clients.

# What You’ll Do


## Lead Generation & Client Prospecting


* Identify and connect with D2C brands, indie perfume labels, private label buyers, exporters, distributors, and retail businesses

* Handle inbound inquiries from WhatsApp, website forms, referrals, and digital campaigns

* Understand client requirements including product category, fragrance direction, pricing expectations, MOQ, and launch timelines

* Maintain active follow-ups and move prospects through the sales pipeline


## Client Meetings & Conversion


* Present Palmist’s OEM capabilities across fragrances and personal care manufacturing

* Coordinate sampling, quotations, product discussions, and onboarding conversations

* Conduct client calls, meetings, and factory visits when required

* Work with internal teams to ensure smooth sample dispatches and timely communication

* Support commercial negotiations and order closures


## Account Management


* Maintain long-term relationships with clients after onboarding

* Track repeat orders, feedback, and future product opportunities

* Ensure all lead and client interactions are updated properly in CRM (Zoho)

* Share weekly pipeline updates and monthly sales reports


## Market Understanding


* Track trends in perfumes, beauty, personal care, and OEM manufacturing

* Observe competitor positioning, pricing, and product movements

* Share customer insights and market feedback internally

# What We’re Looking For


## Must-Have


* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales

* Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

* Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners, and decision-makers

* Ability to manage multiple active leads and consistent follow-ups

* Organized and disciplined with pipeline tracking

* Basic understanding of cosmetics, fragrances, FMCG, pharma, or manufacturing industries


## Good to Have


* Experience in OEM/private label manufacturing sales

* Prior exposure to beauty, skincare, fragrance, or personal care categories

* Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools

* Existing network in beauty, cosmetics, gifting, retail, or FMCG ecosystem
