Business Development Executive (BDE) Female

Job DescriptionJSSPay, a rapidly growing FinTech company, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, building strong client relationships, expanding banking partnerships, and driving business growth across digital payment solutions.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and onboard merchants.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and banking partners.
• Promote JSSPay's Payment Gateway, UPI, QR Payments, and FinTech solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth merchant onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
• Travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Required SkillsMinimum 1 year experience in Business Development or FinTech Sales.
• Good understanding of Banking, UPI, Payment Gateways, Merchant Acquiring, and Digital Payments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
• Preferred CandidateFemale candidates preferred.
• Experience in Payment Gateway, FinTech, Banking, POS, QR Payments, or Financial Services.
