Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager cum Customer Associate who will be responsible for B2B tele-calling sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention. The role demands good communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B calls to generate and convert leads
- Acquire new clients and achieve sales targets
- Maintain proper follow-up data and CRM records
- Provide client support and ensure retention
- Handle queries, build relationships, and upsell services
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales, tele-calling, and CRM tools
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Energetic with a positive attitude
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
