Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager cum Customer Associate who will be responsible for B2B tele-calling sales, client acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention. The role demands good communication skills, persistence, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound B2B calls to generate and convert leads
  • Acquire new clients and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain proper follow-up data and CRM records
  • Provide client support and ensure retention
  • Handle queries, build relationships, and upsell services 


Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales, tele-calling, and CRM tools
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Energetic with a positive attitude
