Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Manager to develop and grow relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and key project stakeholders. The candidate should have a strong understanding of technical products and design solutions, enabling them to confidently present and specify our systems in projects.The ideal candidate must be capable of independently identifying opportunities, approaching new firms, building relationships from scratch, and converting them into long-term business partnerships. An existing network within the architecture and interior design community is preferred, along with a proven ability to generate project leads, secure specifications, and drive sales.Key Requirements:Experience in B2B/project sales, specification sales, or business development.Strong network of architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.Ability to independently build and nurture relationships.Good technical understanding and willingness to learn product details.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.Focused on long-term relationship building and sustainable business growth.
