Job Description
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth across Variable Agency in South Delhi. The role involves generating new business opportunities, recruiting and managing agents and partners, and consistently achieving sales targets through strong relationship building and on-ground execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in insurance or channel sales, with a clear understanding of partner-driven business models, and the ability to train, mentor, and motivate networks for higher productivity. Identifying new avenues for expansion while maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
