Job Description
Proactively identify, research, and reach out to new business leads via cold called, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships with new and existing clients to ensure and upselling opportunities
Give new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients, include conducting market research, building client relationships by meeting or visit with client, pitching services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets to increase revenue
Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to refine sales strategies.
Handling negotiations, addressing client queries, and finalizing contracts to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintaining accurate records in CRM software, preparing sales reports, and tracking KPIs.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
