Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Government Departments, Traffic Police, Transport Authorities, PWDs, Municipal Corporations, and Infrastructure Consultants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and stakeholders.
Track and participate in tenders through GeM, eProcurement portals, TenderTiger, and other procurement platforms.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, coordinate bid submissions, and support contract closures.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, pre-bid meetings, and business development activities.
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and market intelligence reports.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive project closures.
Required Skills:
Experience in Business Development, Government Liaisoning, Tendering, or Infrastructure Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Understanding of transportation, traffic engineering, mobility solutions, road safety, ITS, or related sectors.
Ability to work independently and manage extensive travel.
#Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree (Civil Engineering preferred)
MBA (Marketing/Business Development) will be an added advantage.
# Mandatory Requirement:
Domain experience in Transportation / Traffic / Mobility / Infrastructure Projects is mandatory.
