Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Company:

Wiscon Industries Limited is a fast-growing manufacturer of high-quality electronic products, including LED TVs, Air Coolers, Washing Machines, and Air Conditioners. We are expanding our sales network across India and looking for passionate sales professionals to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Executive with strong exposure to telesales and CRM-based lead management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building dealer/distributor relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential dealers, distributors, and channel partners to promote and sell company products.
• Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products and offers.
• Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

Proven experience (2–4 years) in telesales, inside sales, or telecalling (preferably in electronics, appliances, or B2B distribution).

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
