Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The cashier will handle cash, card payments, billing, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with billing and payments.
  • Generate accurate bills and process cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and other digital payments.
  • Handle POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions.
  • Ensure cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
  • Resolve customer billing queries politely and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
  • Follow company policies regarding cash handling and fraud prevention.
